Exchange and Return Policy
The main focus of VENARI is always its customer’s 100% satisfaction. For this purpose, we have introduced our Return & Exchange policy. Users can return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
Exchange policy
Our team will be happy to facilitate you with the item exchange facility.
Products are eligible to be exchanged only if they are unused.
In the case of Items exchange, it should be in original VENARI home packing.
Delivery charges are not refundable in case of exchange.
For exchange, just add a copy of the VENARI packing slip or confirmation email of your order and claim for the new size or required product. (In case of exchanging any item, we can’t be sure that all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
Return Policy
User will be eligible to return his/her purchased item only if he/she received a damaged product.
Users will not pay delivery charges in such cases. We will be responsible for it.
Attach a copy of the packing list or confirmation email from the order, and indicate the new size or new items required. (In such case, we cannot assure that all products and sizes will be available for exchange in stock.)
Users can ask for a refund also for this case.

Cancellation of orders:
VENARI keeps the right to cancel any order in case of following circumstances:
The item is out of stock
Pricing related issues
The credit card is decline
Customer does not answer/reply to the confirmation call from VENARI representative.
