Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel the order any time before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, an email will be sent to the customer's email id followed by a message from the courier company.
VENARI reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including, unavailability of product, declined/pending payment, or inaccurate pricing.
